I know you are all busy and have lots of blogs to visit so I'll try and keep this one short and sweet.
Up for grabs today is this cushion cover. I myself think it looks rather christmassy with the red, white and green but since no actual Christmas themed fabrics were used this cushion would look great all year round.
The give away is open to anyone, anywhere I will ship international.
No hoops, you do not have to follow my blog, twitter or heart my shop. Of course I love it if you do all these things, but none of that is required to be eligible to win.
To Enter:
- Leave a comment on this post. Tell me something interesting about yourself; a funny or embarrassing story, childhood memory, quirky habit, random fact etc.
- I love my readers! So if you follow my blog just leave a separate comment to say you do for a bonus entry.
If you have forgotten something and would like to add a new comment, please delete your old comment and place a new one. This keeps the final count fair for everyone.
Please make sure I can get a hold of you through email. If your email is not disclosed in your profile include it in your comment. If you win and I can not get a hold of you I will have to draw another winner.
I will not answer any comments on the give away post, but rest assured I do read each and every one of them!
The give away closes Friday 16th of December at midnight CET. I will draw the winner with random number generator and announce them here sometime the 17th.
Good luck!!
x Leila

Very pretty colors on the pillow! Let's see, this morning in the rush to leave for school and work I nagged my daughter several times to make sure her hair was brushed. Then when I got to school (to teach!) myself I realized I hadn't brushed my own yet. Shh... don't tell.

ReplyDeleteThe funniest moment in my life (IMO) was when I got my cousin to close his eyes and open his mouth {there's no way I would have fallen for that...} and fed him a whole clove of garlic. The look on his face was hilarious as he was trying to spit it out... Oh, and we were in the car, too (not sure why we had the garlic...)
I grew up in Bolivia for a good portion of my childhood. Third grade was my first year going to school in one country for the whole year. The pillow is lovely. Thanks for the giveaway!

ReplyDeleteI thought it was so cute when my little daughter wanted to comb my hair. Until I realized that the comb was tangled so badly in the back of my hair that I couldn't get it out on my own. Of course, my husband was deployed at the time, so I had to go to a neighbor's house and get her to untangle the comb that was stabbing into my scalp. Definitely not a request most neighbors get.

ReplyDeleteMy most recent embarrassing moment was talking to my brother on the phone and saying how cool it was that our step mom was coming to see his daughter graduate from college (she lives in TX, he in CO)...embarrassing part was that I was on speaker phone and totally ruined something that was meant to be a surprise. ReplyDeleteHere's a story from today: I work at a university, and this afternoon members of my lab were walking back after hearing a colleague give a presentation. Our lab is quite large, and we filled the elevator. I suggested we had enough folks to "occupy"--except we ought to fake a protest! My boss suggested we be the lowest-performing 99% of the student body, paying exorbitant tuition to protest that we're not getting as good grades as the top 1%... Hmm...

A doll bed made by a husband and wife at a nursing home as a child. Same colors the wife sewed the pillows sheets quilt comforter with sheer fabric and glued an old card cut out on the headboard. The husband built the bed. The detail of all the bedding was amazing. Layers of bedding.
